We pride ourselves in our dedication to the handling breaking and schooling of all the horses that pass through Longdon Stud.

All horses broken in at Longdon stud go through a similar routine but as all have their own strengths, weakesses and personalities we realise that, to meet our high standards, some will need longer than others or we may need to adapt our breaking methods slightly.

From the moment they start their programme to the day they leave, our aim is to do the very best job possible, in the shortest time with the best results.

We are very fortunate to have our daughter Stephanie who has successfully ridden under flat rules and husband Adam Hawkins who is a very good National Hunt Jockey as part of our team.
